Tim joins RTO Mobile after an impressive career with T-Mobile, where he most recently served as Market Director for San Antonio and South Texas. During his four-year tenure at T-Mobile, Tim demonstrated exceptional leadership in driving growth, managing large-scale teams, and enhancing customer satisfaction. His ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and his keen strategic insights have been key to his success in managing regional operations.

Prior to T-Mobile, Tim spent over six years at MetroPCS as Director of Sales and Distribution and Director of Regional Business Development. His role included overseeing key sales strategies, distribution channels, and fostering relationships that significantly boosted market penetration in competitive regions.

Tim’s career began with Sprint, where he held roles such as Director of Business Sales and Senior Manager of Corporate Retail Operations over nearly ten years. His leadership contributed to growing business sales and managing key retail operations that set industry standards. He also held executive roles with Movida Communications as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. At H-E-B, Tim served as Senior Buyer, handling critical procurement responsibilities.
